West-northwest winds becoming northwest in the morning around 15z and increasing to 10-15kts then diminishing late in the afternoon and veering to the northeast. 45 && Marine... have dropped the low water advisory as winds have lessened over the bays. Have also removed the scec from the bays and transitioned the Gulf waters to Small Craft Advisory in the 20-60nm waters and scec 0-20nm until 9 am when winds should continue to slacken. 45 && Previous discussion... /issued 957 PM CST Monday Feb 8 2016/ Discussion... not a lot of changes for tonight but did make some tweaks to the dewpoints for tomorrow.
