wind : SW to se 15 to 20.
Vis : poor in fog patches in the evenings.
Walvis Bay to the Orange River:
wind : se to SW 10 to 20.
Vis : poor in fog patches in the evenings.
Sea state: 2.5m in the south, with SW swell.
Orange River to cape agulhas:
wind : S to se 20 to 25, reaching 30 to 35 at Cape Point.
Vis : good.
Sea state: 2.5 to 3.5m, reaching 4m south of Cape Point.
Cape Agulhas to east london:
wind : SW 10 to 20, east of Cape St. Francis, otherwise
S to se 15 to 20.
Vis : good but moderate in showers east of Cape St. Francis.
Sea state: 2.5 to 4m, reaching 4.5m east of Cape St. Francis by
the end of the period, with SW swell.
East London to Maputo:
wind : NE to N 15 to 20, becoming SW to S 15 to 20 from the
extreme south, spreading northwards, reaching Maputo
by the end of the period.
Vis : good becoming moderate in showers from the south,
spreading northwards, reaching Maputo by the end of the
period.
Mozambique channel:
wind : W to NW 10 to 15 in the extreme north, otherwise SW to se
15 to 25.
Vis : moderate to poor in showers and thundershowers.
