High pressure will settle into the coastal waters on Monday with a weak onshore flow developing by late Monday afternoon. The onshore flow will strengthen Tuesday and Wednesday as low pressure develops in West Texas. An upper level disturbance will bring a chance of showers or thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday.
