Synopsis For Baffin Bay To Rio Grande Out 60 Nm-
Synopsis
As low pressure south of Lake Charles Louisiana continues to move east high pressure builds south over the Texas coastal Bend. Northwest winds today should begin to veer north to northeast and diminish through Sunday. Seas will respond and subside substantially later tonight. Winds quickly return southeast Monday and begin to increase as do the seas. A quick moving upper trough and its associated cold front bears down on south Texas Tuesday with marine conditions deteriorating with small craft advisories possible prior to wind shift later Tuesday. Strong winds with some gusts near gale force and seas building rapidly are possible Tuesday night and Wednesday.
