South Labrador coast.

Wind west 10 to 15 knots diminishing to light near noon then

increasing to north 15 this evening. Wind increasing to northwest 30

early Friday morning. Flurries beginning this afternoon. Visibility

1 mile or less in flurries. Temperatures minus 8 rising to minus 3

this evening.



Mid Labrador coast - Hopedale and south.

Gale Warning in effect.

Freezing spray warning in effect.

Wind northwest 25 to 35 knots diminishing to 20 this afternoon then

increasing to 25 to 35 early Friday morning. A few flurries

beginning this evening. Visibility 1 mile or less in flurries.

Outside the ice edge freezing spray ending this evening.

Temperatures minus 8 rising to minus 3 this evening.



Mid Labrador coast - north of Hopedale

Wind northwest 40 knots diminishing to 25 near noon then increasing

to 35 late overnight. A few flurries. Visibility 1 mile or less in

flurries. Temperatures near minus 1.



South Labrador Sea - eastern half.

Gale Warning in effect.

Wind northwest 30 to 40 knots diminishing to 25 near noon and to 10

to 15 early this evening. Wind increasing to northwest 25 early

Friday morning. A few flurries. Visibility 1 mile or less in

flurries.



Northwest Labrador Sea.

Gale Warning in effect.

Freezing spray warning in effect.

Wind northwest 35 knots. Flurries. Visibility 1 mile or less in

flurries. Over open water freezing spray beginning Friday morning.

Temperatures minus 3 to plus 2 falling to minus 8 to minus 4 Friday

morning.



East Labrador Sea - northern half.

Wind northeast 20 knots increasing to northwest 30 Friday morning.

Flurries. Visibility 1 mile or less in flurries. Temperatures

near zero.



East Labrador Sea - southern half.

Wind northeast 25 knots diminishing to north 15 this evening then

increasing to northwest 25 Friday afternoon. Showers and flurries

changing to flurries this evening. Visibility 1 mile or less in

flurries.
