Virgin Islands waters... surface high pressure will dominate the central Atlantic through Friday morning. A mainly light to moderate tradewind wind flow will prevail through Friday night before a second area of high pressure moves off the southeast coast of the U.S. Friday afternoon and moves north of the area Saturday afternoon. This will result in locally moderate to fresh trade winds across the regional waters through the upcoming weekend.
