Update...area is currently under a westerly flow with a weather 
disturbance passing by to the north. This is bringing high level 
clouds across southern Washington this morning. Most of the 
precipitation will fall west of the Cascades...though an isolated 
shower is possible just east of the Cascade crest today. 
Otherwise...most of central and northern Oregon will see mostly 
clear skies today. Building heights will bring warmer temperatures 
today than yesterday. Current forecast looks to be on track and will 
update later this morning to remove morning wording. Dmh

Aviation...VFR conditions with just a few high clouds...especially 
north...are expected today through tonight. Winds will be generally 
from the west at or below 15kt. Higher gusts are likely later 
this afternoon and early evening at kdls. 78
